General Details on this Teaming Opportunity
This project includes the complete Replacement of Building Exterior Gas Line work. General construct work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems and certain other items as indicated in the Construction Documents, along with the demolition of storage building #51. Includes general construction, alterations, demolition and removal, grading, electrical work, laboratory testing, locating and relocating utility systems, erosion and sediment control, construction phasing, restoration of disturbed areas, Building 4 Geothermal System and any other work specified herein according to the attached specifications and drawings. A complete addressable fire alarm system shall be provided throughout the building in accordance with the requirements of NFPA and ADA. Replace Building Exterior Gas Lines, Project 529-11-109 at the VA Medical Center, 325 New Castle Road, Butler PA, 16001, as required by drawings and specifications.
