General Details on this Teaming Opportunity
The USPFO for Nebraska intends to issue an Invitation For Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Repair Dining/Reserve Forces Facility, Bldg 2901 at the Lincoln Air National Guard Base in Lincoln, NE (Lancaster County). This project will renovate approximately 11,274 SF of the facility to include but not limited to: reconfiguration of the dining area, kitchen, training and storage area and restroom facilities. Work includes but is not limited to renovation of the dining area, service area & ancillary areas, Replace Roof system, repair/replace plumbing, mechanical systems, security systems, and electrical systems, windows, bring bldg up to current antiterrorism force protection level, some land clearing, paving, general site improvements, and other ancillary services as defined in the specifications and drawings. This project will meet or exceed a USGBC LEED Silver Certifiable level of construction. The contract performance period is 270 calendar days after NTP. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
