General Details on this Teaming Opportunity
The project includes replacement of 2 failed road embankments: 1)covering approximately 150m x 50m, and requires two new culverts with inlet and outlet structures and new pavement; and 2) covering approximately 65m x 100m. This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price construction requirement in the Republic of Palau. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held approximately 3 weeks after the issuance of the solicitation. Additional information will be included in the solicitation. Selection will be based upon the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process and evaluation factors will include (1) non-price (a) experience, (b) past performance; and (2) price.
