General Details on this Teaming Opportunity 
The Navajo Basin East Stewardship Project is located on the Cedar City Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest encompassing the area indicated on the Project Area Map (which includes Contract Area Maps) Restoration objectives for the project area are summarized as follows:
•Improve Forest Health - Provide growing space for healthy trees and reduce fuel loadings
•Aspen Regeneration and Aspen Improvement.
•Improve soil and aquatic conditions - Provide for soil and riparian function and productivity. Provide timely soil erosion control measures and restorative work.
•Utilize Timber or other products - Provide wood resource to forest product industry. To accomplish these objectives, the contract includes the following components: stand cleaning/thinning, mechanical fuels reduction, non-commercial cleaning/thinning, and piling of fuels, timber or other products removal. Project Location - Project is located in Township 38 South, Range 8 West, Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, approximately 22 miles southeast of Cedar City, south of UT-14 in the general vicinity of Navajo Lake.
