The National Park Service (NPS), Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, requires roof replacement for the visitor center. The contractor will be required to reroof the visitor center, replace roof decking, replace sheathing, replace insulation, and at the option of the Government, reroute water and gas lines. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, vehicles, and other items and service necessary to complete the work.
