It's happened to most of us. The phone rings just as you're about to sit down at the dinner table with your family, and it's a telemarketer on the other end.

ABC15 Investigator Joe Ducey dug through millions of complaints from people who say they're being bombarded by telemarketers at all hours of the day, even though their number is registered on the "Do Not Call" list. Monday at 10pm on ABC15 News, the Investigators reveal how some businesses are getting away with it and how you can finally get telemarketers to stop bugging you.

Since the "Do Not Call" registry began in 2003, consumers filed an average of one million complaints each year. The ABC15 Investigators reveal that the Federal Trade Commission, which enforces the registry, averages just 10 enforcement actions a year. If you're registered for the "Do Not Call" list and still receive phone calls from telemarketers, tune in for answers on how to fight back. It's an all new investigation you'll only see Monday at 10pm on ABC15 News.
