GO! Network, Inc. Will Close Its Doors June 26, 2012

(St. Louis) – GO! Network, Inc. announced today that it will close its doors on June 26, 2012.  The competitive realities for donor dollars today made it difficult to maintain the financial viability of the organization - especially with the many non-profits in the St. Louis region doing great work.

In GO! Network’s three short years, over 4,300 members participated in one or more of our curriculum based programs.  Members have experienced a re-employment rate of greater than 80%.

We have great programs planned between now and June 26th, with speakers such as; David Hults/Activ8 Careers, Cyd Dodson/Right Management, Frank Danzo/Career Networking Pro, along with two great panel presentations on, Non-Profit Career Opportunities and Temp Staffing Opportunities.  St. Louis’ own John O’Leary, Rising Above will close GO! Network with his message of Hope on June 26, 2012, so please make sure you plan to attend all these upcoming events.

We would like to thank our amazing partners; St. Patrick Center (event space), Momentum Worldwide (marketing), Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal (legal advice), and hundreds of dynamic speakers for their unwavering faith in our Mission.  Thanks also goes to the many individual donors who contributed to the longevity of GO! Network.

GO! Network is a 501c3 that was developed in January 2009 in direct response to the economic and employment crisis that began to unfold the prior year, as a means to address the needs of the rapidly growing population of unemployed professionals in our region.
