Founder John Larson, a top rated GM Dealer Mechanic, opened Larson's Service, Inc. in 1986. He and his wife Diane moved the business to its current location, ½ a mile from their home, in South Peabody where it has continued to grow since 1987.

Diane joined the business full-time in 1990, starting out in the office, and then working in the Bays, before settling into the job that fits her so well, as Service Advisor and Manager. John & Diane worked side by side and grew the business becoming a top-rated Massachusetts service and repair facility.

Through many years of hard work and education, John went on to become an incredible Technician, earning his ASE Master & L1 Certification. He was one of the 1st Massachusetts Emissions Registered Repair Technicians. More importantly he was a great guy who could fix anything and was loved by his fellow colleagues and clients.

Diane spent the years learning much about the Automotive Industry and has become a top-notch Shop Manager. She was one of the first to take the ASE Service Consultant Certification and has passed the ASE Parts Certification. Along with being ASE C1 Certified, she earned her Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation from the Automotive Management Institute in 2009. The AAM designation has become a cornerstone in professionalizing automotive service management.

Diane is an active member of iATN (International Automotive Technicians Network), ASA (Automotive Service Association), ASP (Automotive Service Professionals) and other service groups. She was a recent Scholarship recipient from Automotive Management Institute (AMI) to attend the AVI Educational Conference January 2010, and a 2009 recipient to attend ASA Congress of Automotive Repair & Service (CARS) at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
