About Mike's Auto Service & Repair
Mike's Auto Service was started in 2003 by Owner Mike Zabik. Mike has worked in the automotive field for over 23 years. Starting out in a local Ford dealership service department at age 17, while attending Westfield Vocational High School's automotive program. Mike quickly became a Ford factory Certified Master Technician and also an ASE Certified Master Technician. In1999 Mike took a new job working on the Massachusetts State Vehicle Inspection and Registered Repair Shop program as a trainer and L1 Supervisor. For the next 7 years Mike trained vehicle inspectors and helped area repair shops and dealerships with difficult to diagnose vehicles that failed the MA state emissions test. In 2003 Mike's Auto Service & Repair opened for business in a small 2 bay garage, and by 2007, Mike's moved to the current location with 4 service bays and a MA state inspection bay. Mike now employs 2 other technicians, a state inspector and a service manager and performs just about all types of repair work form MA State Inspections, lube, oil and filter service to major engine and transmission repair or replacement. In 2009 the shop became a Carquest Tech-Net Service Center able to provide a 12 month, 12,000 mile nationwide guarantee.
