Humic Acid Theorized as Nutritional Supplement for Humans

New article posted at BeWellBuzz.com states Humic Acid can be very effective for human health.

Las Vegas, Nev. – The innumerable benefits of Humic Acid to the farming community have been well documented over the years, but what is gaining significant attention is its potential to double as a health booster for humans as well. Recent medical research by Chinese pharmaceutical companies, combined with a new article posted at BeWellBuzz.com, has theorized that Humic Acid could be a potential nutritional supplement for humans.

Humic acid is the combination of fulvic and humic acid, which is used primary for its extremely beneficial applications for plant growth and as a fertilizer supplement.  Apart from boosting antibiotic concentration in the soil, humic acid has also been known to be effective against rhinoviruses, which are viral pathogens that cause a number of conditions, the most widespread one being the common cold. It is for these reasons that many medical professionals are beginning to conduct clinical trials to confirm this theory.

“Humic acid can regulate immune cells and prohibit killer T cells from running amok and triggering responses that attack the body’s own cells, especially during radiation therapy,” stated Dr. Daryl See, M.D., formally an Immunologist at the UCLA Medical School. “The abundance of these complex sugars allows the body to manufacture glycoproteins that attach to the killer and T cell acting as a modulator or communication link between the cells.”

The most recent research, conducted by Laub BioChemicals Corp. a manufacturer and supplier of humic acid in early 2011, released the results of a recent study on humic acid and flu symptoms in 37 patients with influenza A or B. During this double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, conducted in the spring of 2010, patients were given 1.5 grams of humic acid for a two-week period. The company reported that the entire group experienced an average 107% improvement of flu symptoms after two weeks.

“Humic acid is a byproduct of the biodegradation of composted organic matter and is an important organic component of soil, many upland streams, dystrophic lakes and ocean water,” said Laub BioChemicals Corp. “Researchers have observed that humic acid blocks viral replication by impeding the adhesion of viruses to healthy cells, which helps prevent subsequent infection. Previous scientific research has also shown that humic acid exhibits anti-inflammatory properties in humans.”

Due to these clinical reports and years of personal testimony overseas, Chinese Pharmaceutical companies in Da Tong, Shanxi, in Gongxian, Henan and in Kunming, Yunnan are manufacturing humic acid medicines which are approved by the Chinese Drug Administration due to their non-toxicity factors.

Humic Acid has a number of other human medical benefits which have recently been discovered. To read more about the benefits Humic Acid has on humans, please click the link below to the article posted at BeWellBuzz.com. http://www.bewellbuzz.com/wellness-buzz/humic-acid/
