(Butler, PA) The Butler County Community College Education Foundation 16th Annual Golf Outing was held on Monday, August 29th at Olde Stonewall Golf Course in Ellwood City.
The title sponsor of the outing was Farmers National Bank and the winning foursome was the Butler Eagle Team with Ron Vodenichar, Vance Smith, Dave Matteoni and Ken Fair.
Closest to the pin on the par three holes were Chris Welch with the Larson O'Brien team, Vance Smith with the Butler Eagle team, Chris Silva with the Highmark team and BC3 President Nick Neupauer playing on the Farmers National Bank team.
The event raised $68,100 with sponsorship support from more than 40 area businesses. Net proceeds will support BC3 Education Foundation initiatives including student academic scholarships, capital ventures and faculty projects that enhance student learning.
