(Bend, Ore.) – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services has released its third-quarter 2011 market survey results in the most recent issue of Compass Points.
“Overall, the commercial real estate market was stable in the third quarter after seeing a slight improvement during Q2,” said Howard Friedman, CCIM, a Compass Commercial partner who serves as editor for Compass Points.
The issue also introduces Compass Commercial's newest CCIM designees, Peter May and Jay Lyons; includes information about SBA lending; and offers possible ways to save on property taxes.
Real estate professionals, investors and business-community members have relied on information published in Compass Points for the past 15 years. As always, the Q3 2011 issue includes comprehensive commercial real-state surveys, as well as analysis of the Central Oregon market from the partners of Compass Commercial.
