(Bend) - Compass Commercial Real Estate Services in Bend Oregon has released a recap of its top deals for the Third Quarter of 2009. Partner Darren Powderly said, "Although we're all working harder to structure deals during the current real estate cycle trough, it's encouraging to see investors in the market who can take advantage of some stellar buying opportunities. The market correction will present liquid investors with a generational buying opportunity."
