BEND, OR (April 6, 2012) -- Compass Commercial Real Estate Services announces the close of two transactions.
Robert Raimondi, Broker with Compass Commercial represented the seller, Community West Bank of Goleta, California, and the buyer, Juniper Investments, Inc., of Bend, in the sale of a 4,000 square foot office complex located at 16639 Box Way, La Pine, Oregon. The partially completed office building sold for $144,720 and represented one of the few commercial transactions during the last year in La Pine. “This office property offered the buyer an opportunity to acquire a newer office building at a competitive price to service the local leasing market,” noted Raimondi. “Perhaps this sale will signal a bottoming of the commercial real estate market in La Pine.” For additional information regarding this transaction contact Robert Raimondi at 541-848-4053 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In a separate owner/user transaction, Robert Raimondi, Broker and Ron Ross, CCIM, of Compass Commercial represented the seller, Shirley Vogt and the buyer in the $475,000 sale of the former Chevron Station located at 1315 NW 3rd street. The 1,860 square foot building situated on .55 acres was purchased by Jeffrey Southwick who will occupy the building with his new business, Brakes for Less. “This property offered one of the higher traffic counts in our commercial portfolio and will complement Jeff’s business tremendously,” noted Raimondi.
