BEND, ORE – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the following recent transactions of note:

Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller, Riverfront Properties I, LLC and Darren Powderly, CCIM, also with Compass represented the buyer, Old Mill Properties, LLC in the sale and purchase of the 4,424 square foot former Wells Fargo building located at 807 SW Industrial Way.   The building topped the market in price per square foot for office properties with a sale price of $175 per square foot.   “The office property offered the buyer a rare opportunity to own a highly visible parcel located on the Deschutes River in the desirable the Old Mill District,” noted Kesgard. In a retail lease transaction, Pat Kesgard, CCIM, of Compass Commercial represented both parties in the lease of the 4,857 square foot former Shanghai Restaurant located at 1955 NE Division Street to tenant, Carlos Reyes. The retail property was originally offered for sale or lease.   The new tenant plans to operate a Mexican Restaurant and Lounge in addition to his existing restaurant on SE Division Street.
