Deer Valley Resort will close for the 2008/2009 winter ski season on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009.
The Easter Bunny will be visiting Deer Valley Resort on closing day and guests are invited to bring a camera and have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny. The Bunny will be visiting Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort's base from 9 to 11 a.m.
Deer Valley will be open daily for the 2009 summer season June 19 through Labor Day, then weekends only through September 13 (conditions permitting). Visit Deer Valley this summer and enjoy over 55 miles of lift-served mountain biking and hiking as well as scenic chairlift rides. Ride the Silver Lake Express chairlift or drive to the Royal Street Café for a mid-mountain meal on the deck. Royal Street Café will be open June 19 through Labor Day, serving lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The menu features appetizers, salads, paninis, Deer Valley's Turkey Chili, specialty entrées and creative cocktails.
