Demosphere® Adds Two Customer Support Experts

Falls Church, VA. Demosphere International, Inc., the leading provider of web-based administrative tools for sports organizations, today announced the hiring of Justin Baird and Jose Portillo as Technical Support Specialists.

Together, Baird and Portillo bring over 12 years of technical support experience to the Demosphere team and are both familiar with the youth sports landscape.

As Technical Support Specialists, Baird, Portillo, and the rest of the Demosphere Support Team are responsible for providing front-line support to customers for all software training, questions, and issues related to Demosphere's products and services. In addition, they document new features in the online Support Center, record training videos for new users, and more.
