Tony Bass, founder of Super Lawn Trucks, was retired at 41 and sitting on a beach wondering who to thank for his great success. He calls it the “law of gratitude”. The biggest influence on his business, and his life was the book The E-Myth, by Michael Gerber, so he decided to contact Mr. Gerber to thank him.

It took a great deal of effort to find Mr. Gerber, but when he did, something strange happened. Because of Tony’s “law of gratitude”, he and this great business author bonded immediately. This bond led to Tony and Mr. Gerber co-authoring the book The E-Myth Landscape Contractor.

Tony never thought he would team up to write a book with one of the greatest business authors on the planet, but the “law of gratitude” led him in that direction.
