At 40, Bill Russell was overweight, and getting divorced.  Not the best of times. Then he made a decision to change his life and career, and started a CrossFit  fitness program for himself AND as a commercial enterprise.  It made him more focused and confident, and CrossFit Cleveland turned into a booming business.

It took him twenty years to figure it out, but he realized that the business is NOT about him.  It’s ALWAYS about his clients.  Any business decision he makes benefits his clients.  Most entrepreneurs don’t get it, but Bill finally did, and the rest is history.
