Most small business owners and entrepreneurs purchase smart phones, laptops, and other high tech devices aimed to make us more productive, but don’t use them to their full capacity.
It’s the same with contact management systems. ACT! and Goldmine are two very good products, but we tend to use them at a fraction of their capabilities. The bottom line is this: If properly used, these can be the hub of your business.
They can be used as a database for sales calls, sales reports, quotations, and proposals, and personnel documentation. Synchronized with satellite offices ACT! could be the main document center for the entire organization.
