“Entrepreneurs are expected to be experts in every discipline, to be able to do anything and make every decision. It can be a tough and lonely job.” Will Limkemann
Mr. Limkemann’s quote is accurate. Entrepreneurs have an extremely difficult job and are forced to make decisions based on limited knowledge.
There is a solution. The first step is to form a good advisory board. Next, is to hire a good local attorney. In a startup mode, you can probably get some preliminary advice for free.
Will Linkemann, the author of The Successful Home Business Guide was a recent guest on Entrepreneurs Club Radio. He talks about that first advisor and how vitally important he can be.
