Delivering expert insights, interaction with peers and the opportunity to engage Epicor in an open, collaborative forum, the user summits are a series of one-day events where customers will gain knowledge to leverage Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to experience greater growth, heightened productivity and increased profitability.

For Epicor human capital management (HCM) customers, the company has added Epicor HCM User Summits to be hosted alongside the ERP sessions in four cities—Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; and, San Jose, CA. In addition to networking with other human resources professionals, attendees will see the latest release of Epicor HCM in action, attend an interactive workshop teaching the “SIMPL” formula for managing and motivating people, and learn best practices for the annual benefit election process using Epicor HCM at the Open Enrollment Workshop. Attendees of the HCM User Summits will also receive 3 education credits, as the program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria for recertification credit.
