New Business Interview: Accurate Messaging Key to Minimising Crisis Management

In a new London Hotspots business interview with Tony Mulliken, Chairman at Midas PR, accurate messaging is singled out as one of the most important factors in minimising the need for crisis management.

“For obvious reasons it’s difficult to give specifics, but it is a vital service to ensure that messaging is accurate and that crisis management is kept to a minimum,” states Tony.

“We have the skills here [at Midas PR] to help clients through difficult times and help advise them on content and response to either minimise damage, or at least present the facts in the best possible way.”

As well as the topics of crisis management, Tony also covers PR-related topics as diverse as the use of social media, ‘traditional’ PR versus newer practices and how the global economic climate has affected the industry as a whole.
