Glass Doctor of Camden County, N.J., Donates Custom Mirror to Charity

Full-Service Glass Shop Replaces Broken Bathroom Mirror at Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey

Glass Doctor® of Camden County donated a custom cut and polished bathroom mirror to the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, located at 550 Mickle Blvd in Camden in January.

Ronald McDonald House gives families of children receiving treatment at local hospitals a comfortable place to stay during a stressful time. In-kind donations, such as the mirror, allow the House to focus on the most critical, day-to-day needs of the families of the children undergoing treatment.

“It’s just a small way that we at Glass Doctor could give back to the community,” Wayne Reiss owner of the Glass Doctor of Camden County franchise said. “We’ll be here to help the House the next time they have a glass need.”

The shop offers mobile residential, automotive and commercial glass services to the area. From windows to windshields to storefronts, the local shop handles any glass need, including custom glass services, like tub and shower enclosures, entry door glass and mirrors.

Glass Doctor and five of its sister companies in The Dwyer Group (Aire Serv® Air Conditioning and Heating, The Grounds Guys®, Mr. Appliance®, Mr. Electric® and Mr. Rooter®) are national sponsors of Ronald McDonald House Charities®. As part of the sponsorship, franchise owners continue to donate their services, labor and supplies to Ronald McDonald House facilities in their respective service areas.
