“LACBC envisions a new Los Angeles that is a great place for everyday, year-round cycling; a Los Angeles with healthier, more vibrant communities, where the air is cleaner, streets are safer and quieter; a Los Angeles where people of all ages can safely and easily bicycle to meet their daily needs.” (http://la-bike.org/ )

Currie Technologies/The IZIP Stores also joins GGFF by sponsoring the festival with a give-away to win one of their high performance eco-friendly electric bicycles, the IZIP Metro valued at $2,499, along with awarding the top four (4) filmmakers the cool IZIP Vibe!

“Our objective is to provide the most cost effective choices in emission free alternatives for neighborhood transportation, commuting to work or school, sport and fitness or just plain recreational fun.“ (http://www.currietech.com)

Movie-goers have a chance to win the Metro by purchasing a ticket to a screening, then placing their ticket into the free drawing for the high-end performance bike. The more screenings they attend, the more chances they have of winning. (The winner of the Metro will be announced at the Closing Nights' ceremony).
