WHAT: Park City’s oldest full-service restaurant has opened Park City Mountain Resort’s newest slope-slide restaurant. Mojo’s Restaurant, located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, is now serving deli sandwiches, burgers, ice cream, beer and other staples throughout the summer. The menu also feature specials every week, such as fish tacos, enchiladas and Jim’s famous chipotle-barbecue ribs.
This Saturday, July 14, the party goes from 2 to 5 p.m. It features a live performance by Renee and Greg at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. In addition, this Saturday will feature Mojo’s soon-to-be-famous fish tacos with honey jalapeno mustard sauce.
