Park City’s newest restaurant celebrates its grand opening Saturday, June 30.
WHAT: Park City’s oldest full-service restaurant is opening Park City Mountain Resort’s newest slope slide restaurant. . Mojo’s Restaurant located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, will serve deli sandwiches, burgers, ice cream, beer and other staples starting this summer. The menu will also feature specials every week, such as fish tacos, enchiladas and Jim’s famous chipotle-barbecue ribs.
To celebrate, Mojo’s will hold a Grand Opening party featuring live music, $1.00 ice cream cones, $2.50 draft beer, food specials and a raffle. The party starts at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 30, and is headlined by the Dr. Bob Band.
