GRUB STEAK HOSTS EASTER BRUNCH

 

PARK CITY, UTAH (March 22, 2012) — Grub Steak Restaurant, celebrating its 35th year as one of Park City’s premier steakhouses, is hosting a special, prix fixe Easter brunch on Sunday, April 8. The buffet will cost $24.75 for adults, and $11.75 for children younger than 12.

 

“Whether you’re a local or just visiting, we invite all of our Park City family to help celebrate Easter with us,” Grub Steak owner Hans Fuegi said. “Our brunch menu will feature a wide range of gourmet food, but it’ll stay true to the Western staples that have helped us remain a part of this community.”

 

Diners can choose from rosemary leg of lamp or roasted tom turkey, each carved fresh. A cold buffet table will feature grilled salmon filet, deviled eggs, and quiche comprised of applewood smoked bacon and gruyere cheese. A hot buffet will include eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, blintzes, polenta, and sirloin kabobs. There will also be a selection of cheeses, made to order omelets, crepes, pastries, fruit, and desserts.
