PARK CITY, UTAH (April 26, 2012) — Grub Steak Restaurant, celebrating its 36th year as   Park City’s longest established  Western Steakhouse, is hosting a special, prix fixe Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13. The buffet, served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will cost $25.75 for adults, and $12.75 for children younger than 12.


“Whether you’re a local or just visiting, we’d love our Park City family to come together to help us celebrate Mother’s Day,” Grub Steak owner Hans Fuegi said. “Our brunch menu will feature a wide selection of fine food, but it’ll stay true to the Western staples that have helped us remain a part of this community. It is extremely gratifying to all of us at the Grub Steak to see familiar as well as new faces year after year taking advantage of this incredible Mother’s Day Brunch offering ”


Diners can choose from slow-cooked prime rib or bone-in ham, each carved to order . A cold buffet table will feature beer-boiled shrimp, spring asparagus and quiche comprised of kalamata olives, roasted pepper and mozzarella cheese. A hot buffet will include scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, baked salmon filet, cheese blintzes, and short spare ribs of beef, and much more. There will also be a selection of cheeses, pastries and desserts, as well as a cereal table for kids.
