WHAT: Escape the mud-season blues on Saturday, May 12, at “Kids’ Day on Main Street,” hosted by the Historic Park City Alliance (HPCA). Businesses on Park City’s Main Street will hold fun, creative children’s activities throughout the day and take the hassle out of weekend planning. Families are encouraged to explore Main Street and enjoy a whole afternoon of free and affordable pre-planned activities, which include educational, culinary and artistic events.

The Egyptian's YouTheatre Broadway Bound class proudly presents “Seussical Jr.!” It’s a farcical romp into the world of Dr. Seuss, featuring the author’s most popular characters, including The Cat in the Hat, Horton, The Whos, and Thing 1 and Thing 2. Great family entertainment!

The Kimball Art Center presents the annual Wasatch Back Student Art Show, featuring work by student artists in Summit and Wasatch County schools, grades K-12. The show features artwork from students that incorporate found, recycled and repurposed objects. The exhibition runs April 14 through May 27. As part of HPCA Kids’ Day, visitors on May 12 can take part in a scavenger hunt.
