Merrell Oyster The Race

The ultimate adventure race in the United States continues this summer with six more stops across the country. With three successful races already completed this season, Merrell Oyster The Race is ready to take over traditional athletic races. Innovative courses challenge the athletic prowess, adventurous attitudes and savvy ingenuity of each participant, resulting in a race that is unlike any other.

In Merrell Oyster The Race, teams of 3-6 people compete in a top-secret course that covers 20-30 miles in a city. Using clues to find each checkpoint, teams must complete a course that could include navigating blindfolded, stuffing your face with cupcakes, solving clues, and underwater basket weaving (probably at the same time) while traversing the city in your running shoes and bicycles. Be prepared for kayaking, rock climbing and performing other cool stunts - it's a grab bag of wild obstacles and funky adventures. At the finish line, post-race free beer and Chipotle burritos await. The first three teams in each division to complete all checkpoints win big. Half Course options are available for the urban races who don’t want to bite off a Full Course.

The remaining 6 race stops include:
Portland, OR August 18
Denver, CO August 25
Seattle, WA September 15
San Francisco, CA September 29
Nashville, TN October 6
Minneapolis, MN October 13
