For example, the video features Grande Ingredient's solution to lower the cost, calories and fat content in a formulation for Alfredo Sauce without compromising the creamy texture and the taste profile of the finished product. By using Grande Bravo®, the food scientists at Grande Ingredients were able to replace more expensive cream, reduce the calories and fat content and increase the protein value all while maintaining the desired texture, mouthfeel and dairy flavor.
