The Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) will host a Western Arizona Roundtable, Wednesday, March 21 from 11 a.m.to 1:30 p.m. at Shugrue’s Restaurant, 1425 N. McCulloch Blvd. in Lake Havasu City.
The roundtable will feature dialogue on what is needed to support economic growth in Western Arizona, including legislative policies and priorities, physical infrastructure and workforce development, including development of employment centers and how public land policies impact economic development.

AAED was originally founded in 1974 as the Arizona Association for Industrial Development (AAID). The organization, which was dedicated to expanding the industrial and economic base of Arizona, changed to its current name in 1991 to better reflect its broader mission.
