Members of the Arizona State Senate will be in Prescott to discuss current economic developments

The Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) will host “Straight from the Capitol Steps: Legislative Update,” an informational session for Northern Arizona on Friday, March 2 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the StoneRidge Golf Course, located at 1601 N. Bluff Top Drive in Prescott Valley. A happy hour will immediately follow the session.

Presenting will be President of the Arizona State Senate Steve Pierce, Arizona House Speaker Andy Tobin and District 1 Representative Karen Fann.

AAED was originally founded in 1974 as the Arizona Association for Industrial Development (AAID).  The organization, which was dedicated to expanding the industrial and economic base of Arizona, changed to its current name in 1991 to better reflect its broader mission.
