WHAT: Mark the 21st anniversary of the ADA by joining this audio conference as we listen to representatives of the Federal Agencies present an update on their litigation, technical assistance and enforcement efforts over the past year. This year has held a lot of "new" focus on the ADA with the release of the final regulations for the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 and implementation of the revised Title II and III Regulations. Participants will have an opportunity to pose questions to the presenters regarding issues in their own workplace or community.
