WHAT: This training is designed to provide an overview of Medicaid and Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), including AHCCCS administrative appeals, hearings and a judicial review of administrative decisions. An update of the current state of AHCCCS and how the new budget will affect AHCCCS recipients and applicants will also be provided.

Guest speaker will be Sarah E. Kader, staff attorney at Arizona Center for Disability Law.
