W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling., Inc. has announced that Alan Boughton, LEED AP, has been named vice president of construction. Boughton, who has been with W.J. Maloney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for nearly 15 years, previously held the position of project manager and estimator.
In his new position, Boughton oversees all of the commercial construction division’s activities including estimating, collaborating with field superintendents and assisting with project management duties, as well as marketing and business development.
Boughton attended the University of Texas at Austin and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America Institute for Project Management. He is also certified in medical gas by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), and holds a 30-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration card.
Boughton is a current resident of Gilbert.
