How Do You Roll? brings create-your-own-sushi to Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 10, 2012)– How Do You Roll? anticipates opening its first North Carolina restaurant in Charlotte by early June 2012. Located in the BB&T Tower at 200 College Street, Suite 312, the newest addition to How Do You Roll? looks forward to introducing Charlotteans to the unique experience of create-your-own-sushi.

“Living healthy, fun and rewarding lives is our main focus,” said Tom Sherlock, franchise owner.  “We have families who all love sushi and we focus on exciting food selections in our everyday lives.  We are committed to bringing a fun, affordable and healthy alternative to the Charlotte sushi lovers.”

For those who shy away from raw fish, How Do You Roll? offers grilled chicken and beef, as well as vegan options. The location plans to be open Monday through Friday and will predominantly serve those working downtown.

“We plan to offer online ordering and catering for the convenience of our customers’ fast paced lifestyles,” said Sherlock.

Though this is the first location to open in Charlotte, a second one will soon follow in the Ballantyne Corners Shopping Center. Earlier this year, How Do You Roll? opened locations in Austin and San Marcos, Texas; Jacksonville, Fla.; Marina del Rey, Calif.; and Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.
