How small is small? Find out during Nano Day 2012!

Lansing, Mich. – Explore the microscopic world of nanotechnology during Nano Day at Impression 5! From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, come play, create, and challenge yourself to learn all about nanotechnology and what it's used for in the scientific world. Admission to Impression 5 is free until 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 10.

Investigate nanotechnology, size and scale with hands-on activities! Explore the science of nanofabrics and get a grip on what's macro, micro, and nano in the Nanoscale Challenge!

Nano Day is part of a nationwide festival of educational programs about nanoscale science and is made possible through collaboration and funding through Nano-Link, the National Science Foundation, Lansing Community College and Impression 5.

The hands-on learning environment of Impression 5 opened in 1972 and has served nearly 3 million visitors over the past 40 years. Our mission is to facilitate learners of all ages in scientific exploration through interactive exhibits and participatory educational programming.
