Diversity in the CPA profession in Indiana has changed little over the last 25 years, therefore, diversity is a key element of the Society’s strategic plan. The Society has several diversity programs in place which are working to make an impact on increasing diversity in the CPA profession. One of these programs is the INCPAS Diversity Summit. Professionals learn best practices and how trailblazing companies have engaged employees in diversity initiatives. It also provides networking opportunities to meet different people from the community and develop business relationships. And, students have the opportunity to mingle with prospective employers and educators, as well as be eligible for scholarships.
