Renowned Chef David Myers Unveils New Lunch and Dinner Menus at Comme Ça Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS - World-renowned chef and restaurant owner David Myers, along with Comme Ça Executive Chef Brian Howard, have debuted new lunch and dinner menus that expand upon the full spectrum of French influences at Comme Ça Las Vegas. The unique brasserie has gained widespread acclaim and a devoted following since opening at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

“Our goal at Comme Ça is to capture a small slice of Parisian life in the heart of Las Vegas,” said Myers. “We have an intimate bar, a beautiful restaurant and a patio with one of the best views, and a menu that continues to be inspired by France past and present.”

Highlights from the new lunch menu include the Croque Madame with honey baked ham, gruyère cheese and Mornay sauce;  Oven-Roasted Tomato Tartine with goat cheese and arugula; and Classic French Toast with Noble Handcrafted maple syrup, pistachio-honey butter and seasonal berries. Menu favorites such as the Grand Plateau, Steak Tartare, French Dip au Jus and the Comme Ça Burger will also return, in addition to a “Quick Lunch” where guests can choose an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $17.50.

The Comme Ça dinner experience adds new nightly dinner specials, modern classics, and a nod to the Bistronomy movement in Paris. Each week Chef Myers and Chef Howard collaborate to develop creative dishes based on the theme of the night, which now includes fried chicken on Monday, ‘best parts of the pig’ on Tuesday, ‘offally good times’ on Wednesday, homemade sausage on Thursday, dayboat scallops on Friday, beef Wellington on Saturday and risotto on Sunday.

New additions to the dinner menu include Chilled Lobster in a harissa aioli; Salmon Tartare with pastrami spiced crème fraîche; 20 oz. Pepper-Crusted Ribeye with confit garlic and CC1 house made steak sauce; Rainbow Trout with haricot vert, almonds and lemon brown butter. Dinner guests can also enjoy Comme Ça’s five, six or seven-course Bistronomy menu with seasonal dishes inspired by the travels of Chef Myers, and currently featuring Seared Foie Gras, Salt-Baked Trout, Slow Cooked Veal, and Lemon Tart.

Those who have room for dessert can enjoy several new additions on the sweet side, including Paris Brest with hazelnut buttercream and toasted almond; Blueberry Verbena Pie with mascarpone ice cream and almond streusel; and Caramel Mousse with fleur de sel, cocoa nib crumble and chocolate ice cream.
