Members recently had the opportunity to complete a Member Survey to help us in our quest to better serve them. Of the respondents, 82.9 percent felt that the customer service received from the Chamber is excellent to very good. 88.5 percent of the respondents rated the value of the LACC to the community as excellent to very good. The members were able to rate areas of communication, responsiveness, leads and referrals and networking opportunities: 86.1 percent of the respondents, on average, rated the Chamber excellent to very good in those categories. As small business owners, 80 percent of the respondents felt the Chamber meets their unique needs.
