Emerson International reports new lease agreement for 1,631 square feet of office space at Sanlando I in Longwood

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International recently leased 1,631 square feet of Class A office space to Auto Guardian USA, LLC at Sanlando I, located at 2170 W. SR 434 in Longwood.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, Inc. said Kenneth Koch, commercial portfolio director at Emerson, negotiated the lease agreement representing Emerson as landlord.
