SOUTH DAYTONA, Fla. --- Winston James Development, Inc. recently negotiated a lease agreement at Beville Road Business Park located on Beville Road at SR 5A in South Daytona.
Winston Schwartz, president of Winston James Development, which developed the Beville Road Business Park, said he completed an expansion lease for NCounter, a surf board manufacturer that’s well known in the area. The lease totals 1,050 square feet.
