NAMS (Network Analysis Management System) is an integrated hardware and software system that gives telephone companies detailed network visibility by combining AMA, EMI, SS7 and SIP application software on the same platform.
"CMSI's goal in developing the NAMS Firefly product was to provide superior network and switch-based applications for real time call record searching, revenue assurance, traffic engineering and fraud detection on an affordable platform," said Paul Bilberry, president of CMSI.
"We are very pleased to have CMSI exhibiting at the Metaswitch Forum 2011," said Ken Cavanaugh, director of business development for Metaswitch. "Our customers value the opportunity to connect with innovative solution partners, like CMSI, in the relaxed environment of our flagship event."
CMSI's latest feature is the NAMS Firefly SIP call detail visibility tool. The SIP collector will collect all SIP messages in real time for visibility and reporting purposes. This will provide a user friendly environment for searching SIP call records. The SIP call detail is displayed in an intuitive format that allows the user to drill down into the minutia of a displayed call for research or trouble shooting purposes.
