This Tribute not only recognizes senior-level individuals who exhibit excellence in their fields, but also aims to communicate each leader’s commitment to advancing multicultural initiatives in the industry. These leaders successfully implement great measures in advancing its organization’s multicultural talent pipeline; provide support and guidance for all employees; and understand that diversity positively impacts their organization’s bottom line.
