LAS VEGAS – This Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, guests are invited to forget the ties and socks and give dads the gift of a memorable meal at one of the many restaurants within the MGM Resorts International family.  Brunch, lunch, dinner and pre-holiday drink specials have been designed to warm dad’s heart and fill his stomach.

The special day for dad begins with brunch at Mandalay Bay’s Bayside Buffet with cooked-to-order omelets, delicious house-made Belgium waffles, Chicken Fried Steak, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and Snow Crab Legs with melted butter.  Border Grill is throwing a fiesta with mouthwatering specials such as Chipotle and Espresso Crusted Ribeye with a wild mushroom quesadilla and Pan Seared Filet with caramelized Serrano peppers, fig mole handmade lobster tamales and charred corn salsa.  Chocolate Mousse Buñuelos--cinnamon sugar tortilla cones stuffed with a rich chocolate mousse--add a decadent finish to the day.

Dads with a craving for seafood will find a plethora of fresh choices at MGM Grand Buffet on Father’s Day.  Added to the regular menu offerings just for dads is the “Fisherman’s Catch” station featuring Rainbow Trout and Smoked Salmon and the “Catch of the Day” station with Beer Battered Fish and Chips, Alaskan Crab Legs and Panko Crusted Shrimp.

An enticing three-course prix fixe menu is available at The Café at Monte Carlo on Father’s Day.  The meal begins with a choice of Summer Squash & Smoked Bacon Soup or the popular Caesar Salad, followed by what is sure to be a tough decision between Grilled Salmon served with hearty vegetables and topped with a beurre blanc sauce and Blackened Ribeye with horseradish mashed potato, sautéed vegetables and shallot herb butter.  A Mixed Berry Puff Pastry is a delectable ending to the feast.

TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor wants to spoil dads with a delicious three-course menu highlighted by top-quality meat selections such as American Kobe Chili Texas-Style, Range-Fed New Zealand Beef Ribeye and Barbecue Braised Wagyu Kobe Boneless Short Ribs.  The meal concludes with a choice of Chocolate Decadent Cake or Crème Brûlee.

There’s also a celebration going on at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Miss., and it’s all for dads.  On Saturday, June 16, from 10 p.m. to midnight, Coast and EIGHT75 will host the “Daddy’s Got a Hall Pass” party with two-for-one specials on Crown Royal, Jack Daniels and Jim Beam drinks.  Dads looking for a variety of options to satisfy their cravings can experience Beau Rivage Buffet for an “All You Can Eat Father’s Day Feast” priced at $29.99. Available from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., menu highlights include Jumbo New Orleans Style BBQ Shrimp, Fried Frog Legs, Breaded Flounder Fillets, Carolina Pulled Pork, Vegetable Pasta Salad and House-made Corn Bread Squares.
