LAS VEGAS – Guests are invited to experience a gastronomic adventure as Spring Restaurant Week 2012 kicks off Monday, February 27 and runs through Sunday, March 4 at select MGM Resorts International restaurants.
For the sixth consecutive year, the city’s finest restaurants, celebrity chefs and Master Sommeliers will come together to support Three Square, a non-profit organization working to end hunger in Southern Nevada. This year marks the inaugural launch of Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week, and offers unparalleled dining options for guests to enjoy at participating restaurants at ARIA, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, MGM Grand, Monte Carlo, New York-New York, Luxor, Excalibur and Circus Circus. Each restaurant will present delectable cuisine with special menus priced at $20.10, $30.10 and $50.10.
A sampling of the delightful culinary creations guests will find during Spring Restaurant Week include barMASA’s Chicken Skewers, Wagyu Beef Yaki Udon and Miso Cream Brulee. Delectable dishes at Aureole will highlight the Crusted Saffron Black Mussel and Scallop Soup, Beef Short Ribs and Preserved Lemon Tart with Piña Colada Ice Cream. MICHAEL MINA Bellagio’s hearty three-course menu will feature delicious selections such as Phyllo-Crusted Sole and Truffle-Stuffed Chicken. Nine Fine Irishmen guests will enjoy scrumptious lunch and dinner menus, both highlighted by the restaurant’s signature Bread and Butter Pudding.
