PRESIDENT AND COO OF MGM GRAND HOTEL & CASINO IS FEATURED IN SUNDAY'S EPISODE OF CBS HIT SERIES "UNDERCOVER BOSS"

LAS VEGAS - Scott Sibella, president and chief operating officer of MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, goes undercover to try his hand at front line positions including a dealer and guest service representative on the hit series Undercover Boss Sunday, March 20 (9 - 10 p.m. ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
"This was one of the most important and rewarding things I've done in my career," said Sibella. "I learned so much about our employees, and the experience will make me a better leader for our team."
MGM Grand, the AAA Four Diamond resort which provides the "Maximum Vegas" experience, will serve as the backdrop for the episode. Tune in to see if Sibella succeeds or "craps out" in his endeavors.
Each week the popular Emmy nominated series "Undercover Boss," now in its second season, follows a different executive as they leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their companies. While working alongside their employees they see the effects that their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organizations and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their companies run.
