An unorthodox approach to the problem of building green infrastructure sets Mohit Singh Raghav apart from the rest. Armed with an MBA degree, he is well qualified to stare deep into the causes and think unconventional solutions to apparently unsolvable problems. He draws from the wide experience of his peers and moulds them into unique solutions.

For more than 3 years, Mohit Singh Raghav has paved his own path into the uncharted world of ecological and economical building spaces in India. Starting at an early, he has taken on the responsibility of carrying forward the great work pioneered by his mentor Mr. Mahipal Singh Raghav. His works have diversified, but not at the cost of the ethics propounded by the founder.

Instead of mingling with the hypocrite crowd of infrastructure builders, Mohit Singh Raghav is doing more than just paying lip service. His money is where his mouth is and he intends to keep it that way. His passionate mission of pulling thousands out of old, inefficient office spaces is taking shape gradually. He is actively involved in four projects intended to bring affordable eco-offices to the masses.

Mohit Singh Raghav believes in leading by example. He is always the first to respond to crisis at the site and ever attentive to the changing dynamics of the workspace. Overseeing the business on a day-to-day basis requires him to dismantle complex problems without violating international canons of building environment friendly buildings.
